Our group exercise classes at our studio in Coventry are an enjoyable and time effective way to achieve your workout goals. We keep the group fitness classes to a limited number to make sure everyone is getting a great workout.

New Leaf H.I.T

New Leaf H.I.T classes are our take on group fitness training. Think high intensity workouts and bootcamps, but add in workouts with correct form and exercises that are perfect for your bodies health, posture and mobility. With the added benefit of a great fat burning session.


Our Kettlebell sessions are legendary, if you are looking to push yourself with an ever growing complex of Kettlebell moves this is the class for you. Our kettlebell is a full body work out designed to get you burning, but as with all our classes correct technique is at the forefront.


Its important not just to look and feel great but to flexible, strong and in control of your body. Pilates is the ideal exercise for people looking to increase the range of motion, flexibility, control and flow of the body.

How it works

Booking on to one of our small group classes is really easy. Simply create a profile on our booking page (you can use Facebook to save time), then choose from our class timetable which classes you want to attend. Pick a class pack or unlimited monthly membership and book in.

Remember, we offer two weeks unlimited classes to all new starters. This will give you time to try out all of our different classes, meet our coaches and get a feel for the studio. We know you’ll love it.
